STRUCTURE OF GOVERNANCE

THE HANDLER-IN-CHIEF

Supreme leader of the Poopment. Elected annually by Paw Vote. Responsible for strategic direction, inter-park diplomacy, and the annual State of the Sidewalk address.

DEPARTMENT OF DOODY

Handles logistics, supply chain management, bags, signs, stencils, and field operations. If waste exists, the Department of Doody knows about it.

PARK PATROL

The ground force. Citizens who have organized or led at least one Poop-Up earn the Park Patrol badge. They are the front line. They are everywhere.

THE PAWLIAMENT

The legislative body. Composed of elected representatives from every district. Convenes quarterly to ratify new articles, approve poster campaigns, and nominate dogs for civic honors.

ELECTIONS & VOTING

Official Electoral Procedures

🐾 Dogs may be nominated for honorary positions.
🐾 Community voting via the Paw Vote symbol: 🐾
🐾 All citizens are eligible to run for Pawliament.
🐾 Results are final and binding.
